The overall experience is pleasant. Would like to highlight the friendliness of the front desk staff. The guys at the front are very friendly, welcoming and pleasant to deal with. The room is standard. Would highly recommend some light Reno. The rooms and washroom look and feel dated and do require some light Reno. The high star is strictly for the friendly staff.
Quaint hotel, just off the highway. Perfect for us and our 2 small dogs for the night. Breakfast included in the stay. Fresh muffins, bagels, scrambled eggs, sausage, and juice. Would definitely stay again! Here we are again 6 months later, and the gentleman at the front desk remembered us! Room is clean and comfortable. Perfect for our bi-annual stop over!
The guy who was on the desk when we checked in was fantastic!! Absolutely top notch customer service. Service was both an french and english. Breakfast was very nice. The roomwas super clean and the bed was very very comfortable. I would stay here again for sure.
Great place for a stay en route from GTA to the maritime provinces or through Quebec. Excellent value for the family and very dog friendly. Rooms are clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was great with many options like yogurt, cereal, muffins, bread, waffle station, fruit, eggs, bacon and sausage.
Jean at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! He is incredibly professional and proficient in english as his second language. We stayed two weekends in a row on our way to and from PEI. Our second weekend he put us in joined rooms so our toddler could be right beside Grandpa! The was no highway noise in the rooms even with the close proximity.
Jean helped book us in July 25th, 2025. We had come from a terrible motel in Rivière-du-Loup that we had booked but it was so awful we couldn’t stay. It was very late when we arrived at The Comfort Inn. Jean was so kind and found us a room. He had one room left that wasn’t quite ready but he showed it to us and it was fine for the night. He gave us a discount due to the room not 100% ready. We were so happy to have found a safe place where we could sleep for the night and glad to put the other terrible motel out of our thoughts. Thank you so much Jean, such a gentleman.
Very nice spot. Conveniently located off the highway. Very good food and fuel nearby. My boy, Jean, at the front desk is an absolute beauty!
This Comfort Inn is much improved since I stayed there last year.. The room was prwpared much better. The sheets on the bed were pressed and the beds were made up with care. The towels were arranged also with great care. While the location is in a business area and not aesthetically pleasing, but it is convenient.
Clean, coffee in room provided with Keurig machine and we were able to get a pet friendly room on the ground floor which was super convenient.
I’ve been staying at comfort inn for about 2 weeks now while waiting to move into my apartment. In that time I got acquainted with some of the staff working here, seeing them on a daily basis. The breakfast is so good compared to other properties I’ve experienced over the years. Very clean the head of the room cleaners is constantly checking on us and seeing if we needed anything or what she can do to make us for more welcomed and comfortable. This one individual that works the front desk her name is Jessica. OH MY GOODNESS!!! Do I love me some Jessica. She is the coolest employee I’ve ever came across, with such a warm, welcoming, high spirited energy that just brings you in and next thing you know, you’re friends. That’s kind of what happened here. She is such an amazing soul inside and out. The world definitely needs more people like her. Always in good spirits, never is in a pissy mood, very professional but welcoming like I’ve said. She has honestly made my stay here about 10 times better than it was already. She’s great at giving advice and listening when she isn’t so busy, helpful and understanding. Literally one of my favorite people I’ve came across in my life and I’ve only been here like I said a little over 2 weeks. I recommend this hotel to anyone. The prices are great. All the staff is amazing and quick. But I had to shout out my girl Jess because she’s on top of it all. Quick and efficient
